Fly Feet Running Gym -Wall Graphics Installation
This was my first time managing a huge installation of wall graphics, window graphics and floor graphics. I learned a lot from this experience and it took a lot more effort than I imagined even though it seems as if I did nothing. I didn’t design it & I didn’t install it. However, I had to know the deck from front to back, understanding every wall and the designer’s every intent. I needed to send graphics to the printer’s on rush charge last minute chaotic task to so that the 2 dozen graphics would be installed within a week before the press came for their Grand Opening. Colors were wrong, graphics were missing, even little periods in the sentences needed to be found. I had to check, double check graphics, work with the installer and give him enough graphics for the day and keep the art work flowing to the printer and even keeping an eye on the installer’s lift that he was paying a daily fee for. All the while being in-store I’d have to run back up to the office and manage the other projects going on, dig into production on other projects and come back downstairs to check on the gym. It was thrilling and busy and a challenge to get everything done, but I managed to keep myself composed and confident throughout it all and that is my proud moment.
